To reach its full genetic potential and the harvest you hope for, a plant needs more than the right system in the right environment. It needs the right care at the right time. A happy plant is a fruitful plant, and we will take you there, from seed to every harvest.
Different homes, different food. So we built a line of systems: sized for the space, tuned for the crops they grow best, simplified to match the busy modern lifestyle.
Vegardi connects to the IoT plug to control the pump and alert you to failures or extreme weather. It tells you what each plant needs, and when, calibrated to your climate. There's a plant doctor on call, an edible plant encyclopedia, tips and learning that match how you grow. All personalized to your specific garden.
Most chatbots make things up. Gardi doesn't. It's built on real agronomic research, tested protocols, and 14 years of growing knowledge. It already knows your system, your plants, and where each crop is in its cycle. Ask anything. The answer comes from inside the discipline.

Growing herbs might be the most rewarding thing you can grow in a hydroponic system. They grow fast, thrive with just a little sunlight (minimum of 3 hours) and minimal fertilizer, and bring a variety of fresh flavors and scents to your kitchen.
Herbs are suitable for all of our growing systems, and we recommend planting several of each variety. This lets you harvest a little at a time while the plants keep growing for a long-term harvest.
Suitable NatureTech systems: All of our models.
Growing leafy greens in hydroponic systems is a wonderful experience, and every grower, whether a beginner or pro, will enjoy the results in no time. They grow fast, require relatively low and consistent fertilization, and do great in both partial and full sun.
You can mix greens and herbs in the same system, harvesting only what you need when you need it while the rest keeps growing until your next salad.
Suitable NatureTech systems: All of our models.
Growing vegetables like brassicas and stalky greens is a great way to add substance and hearty nutrition to your harvest. These plants thrive in hydroponic systems and often produce crisper textures than soil-grown versions.
Vegetables you can grow: cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and celery.
Important: Root vegetables can't be grown in our hydroponic systems. Crops like carrots, potatoes, and radishes need a solid growing medium to expand and aren't suited to our water-based environments.
Recommended NatureTech system: Tobato, placed in a sunny, exposed outdoor spot.
A quick note: Tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, melons, zucchini and pumpkins are botanically fruits. They grow from a flower and carry seeds. Most growers call them vegetables. We grow them here because that's what they are.
Growing fruits like these hydroponically is a fascinating and thrilling experience. Every stage brings a new development that will leave you amazed: the large leaves, the beautiful flowers blooming each morning, and the fruit setting within the flower, eventually making its way to your kitchen. It's a process we wish for anyone who wants to witness the beauty of creation unfolding stage by stage, right in their own home.
Fruiting plants require powerful, direct sunlight (at least 5 hours, though more is better). Their fertilization starts low and gradually increases as they grow. Their root systems are larger than those of leafy greens, so they need more space.
Note that they also need more attention than greens. You may need to trellis them, assist with pollination between male and female flowers, and prune leaves or stems that might draw energy away from the fruit. But the end result is an experience that's worth it all: countless fresh, healthy fruits you grew yourself, continuing to produce all season long. And truth be told, the gardening process itself can be meditative and enjoyable if you love working with plants and appreciate a bit of quiet time.
Suitable NatureTech systems: Wally 32 and Tobato. You can grow: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, melons, watermelons, zucchini, pumpkins, and more.
Growing legumes in a hydroponic system is a rewarding journey that adds both vertical beauty and nutritional value to your garden. From snap peas and green beans to exotic edamame, these plants are famous for their unique ability to "fix" nitrogen, though in a hydroponic setup they simply thrive on a balanced nutrient solution. You'll love watching their delicate tendrils climb and their elegant flowers transform into crisp, crunchy pods.
Legumes generally prefer moderate to full sun (at least 4 to 6 hours) and stable temperatures. They're relatively low-maintenance with nutrients, but they need proper support, since most varieties love to climb, so be ready with a trellis or netting. Harvesting is the best part: the more you pick, the more the plant produces, ensuring a steady supply of plant-based protein and fiber right from your reservoir to your plate.
Suitable NatureTech systems: Wally 32 and Tobato.
Creating a Mixed Growth system is the ultimate way to enjoy a diverse, homegrown harvest. But the secret to success lies in companion planning. To get the best results, group plants with similar light and nutrient requirements together. While hydroponics makes it easy to grow different varieties side by side, mixing plants with conflicting needs can be tricky.
A word of caution: If you grow plants with different requirements in the same system, they may still grow and look "fine," but they won't reach their maximum genetic potential. A heavy-feeding tomato plant might crave more nutrients than a delicate lettuce can handle. By matching neighbors with similar appetites and sun preferences, you ensure every plant truly thrives rather than just survives.
Pro tip: Stick to a "Greens & Herbs" mix for one system and a "Fruits" mix (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and the like) for another to see your garden's full potential in action.
How it works
01
One person, under thirty minutes. Everything you need to get started is in the box.
02
Start seeds with the included sprouting kit, or transplant seedlings straight into the system.
03
The app tells you what to do and when, personalized to your system, your crops, and your location.
04
Fresh food from your home, within weeks. And it keeps producing.
Vegardi app
Based on your system, your environment, and your crops. You always know what to do next.
Vegardi analyzes the image, diagnoses the root cause, and walks you through the fix step by step including follow-up alerts to make sure the problem is resolved.
The IoT smart plug keeps an eye on your pump, notifying you of potential issues before they arise. It also provides alerts for extreme weather conditions and offers tailored suggestions for your garden.
Why Vegardi is different
Other apps start from zero every time you open them. Vegardi knows your system, your crops, when you planted, where you live, and what happened last week. Every recommendation starts from real context, not a blank slate.
Other apps give you a label ("this looks like aphids") and disappear. Vegardi asks targeted questions, builds competing hypotheses, and narrows down what's actually happening, the way a professional agronomist would.
A treatment plan you can follow. A follow-up photo request after three days. Before-and-after comparison. Adjusted treatment if needed. Vegardi doesn't answer and leave. It walks with you through resolution.

No, and that is not something we say lightly. Gardening is meant to be fun, fluid, and learned through experience. Of course there will be successes, failures, and a learning curve, but that is not what we mean.
What we mean is that you do not need prior experience because someone will tell you exactly what, when, and how to do it so your garden successfully grows the vegetables you have been dreaming of.
So no, you do not need experience, and yes, you can still grow like a pro from the very first time.
Maintaining the hydroponic system itself takes about 15 minutes a week, but every plant has its own ideal growing method. Additional steps such as trellising, pruning, or pollinating may be recommended to improve the harvest.
Before considering the time commitment, it is worth noting that research indicates gardening benefits mental health, and this time is often found to be well spent.
If something looks wrong, the Vegardi app, Gardi, or the Plant Doctor can be used to take a photo and start a conversation. These tools are familiar with your specific system, plants, and history.
With some assistance, they can perform a deep analysis to reach a confident conclusion and offer treatment steps. Support is available for every question, no matter how small.
The appropriate system will integrate naturally into a living environment and grow preferred foods.
As long as there is appropriate lighting at the correct intensity, any system can grow plants indoors.
