  Maintaining the hydroponic system itself takes about 15 minutes a week, but every plant has its own ideal growing method. Additional steps such as trellising, pruning, or pollinating may be recommended to improve the harvest.

  Before considering the time commitment, it is worth noting that research indicates gardening benefits mental health, and this time is often found to be well spent.

• What if something goes wrong with my plants?

  If something looks wrong, the Vegardi app, Gardi, or the Plant Doctor can be used to take a photo and start a conversation. These tools are familiar with your specific system, plants, and history.

  With some assistance, they can perform a deep analysis to reach a confident conclusion and offer treatment steps. Support is available for every question, no matter how small.

• Which system is right for me?

  The appropriate system will integrate naturally into a living environment and grow preferred foods.

  • Wally Smart 32: Installs easily on any vertical surface and grows a wide variety of edible plants, from herbs and leafy greens to legumes, vegetables, and fruits. Placing it in full sun is recommended for fast-growing seasonal crops.
  • Homie Smart 28: Suitable for a small corner on a balcony or in a yard with partial or full sun. Primarily used for growing herbs and leafy greens.
  • Tobato Smart 5: Designed for growing large fruiting vegetables in full sun. It includes a trellising cage and provides ample root space for long-term growth. Integrates well in a garden or on a rooftop.
• Can I grow indoors?

  As long as there is appropriate lighting at the correct intensity, any system can grow plants indoors.
