NatureTech Limited Warranty

Every NatureTech system (Homie, Wally, and Tobato) comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal residential use.

What's covered

For 2 years from delivery, we cover manufacturing defects in the core components of your system:

• Growing channels and frame
• Reservoir
• Pump
• IoT smart plug

What's not covered

• Consumables: seeds, peat plugs, neoprene collars, and nutrients
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or use outside normal residential conditions
• Normal wear and cosmetic marks that don't affect function

How to make a claim

Email info@nthydroponics.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return your system if it isn't right for you. It must be in original condition and packaging, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Defective items are covered by the 2-year warranty regardless of the return window, just email us and we'll make it right.
