Pre-order price and launch price

During the pre-order, each new system is offered at 20% below its launch price. The launch price is the price the system will sell for once the pre-order ends, and it is not a price these systems have been sold at before.

Pre-order prices: Homie Smart $396, Wally Smart $516, Tobato Smart $588. Launch prices: $495, $645, and $735. All prices are in US dollars.

When you pay

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. This is what holds your system and your place in the shipping order.

Because you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your system ships, your money is never locked in while you wait.

When your system ships

Systems are expected to begin shipping in August 2026. This is our estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed date. We will keep you updated as your date approaches.

If we cannot ship within the estimated window, we will contact you with a revised date and your options. You can accept the new date, or cancel for a full and prompt refund. If a delay runs more than 30 days past a date we have given you, or if we cannot give you a firm date, you do not have to keep waiting: we will refund you in full unless you tell us you would like to wait.

First to reserve, first to receive

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed and paid. Reserving earlier means your system reaches you earlier.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your system ships and receive a full refund. No reason needed.

To cancel, contact our team through the contact page or call 1-877-669-0021 from the details on your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under United States or Canadian consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.

Limited pre-order stock

Pre-order stock is limited. Once the current allocation is reserved, the pre-order may close or pause.

If we pause or close the pre-order

We may pause or end the pre-order at any time. Ending the pre-order does not affect orders already placed. Those orders will be fulfilled, or if we are unable to fulfill them, refunded in full.

How we contact you

At checkout we collect your contact and delivery details so we can reach you about your order: shipping updates, any change to your estimated date, and delivery coordination.

Taxes, duties and shipping

Prices shown are for the system only and are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
